BUY THE RAW MATERIALS
Buy the raw materials you need from Riflex (abrasive cloth, glue, backings).

CUT THE CLOTH
The right height and length of the abrasive flaps are key to produce the best discs and and maximize the efficiency and the performace.
Riflex keeps always a large stock of jumbo rolls for different cloths and grits. A fast and flexible slitter machine is working full-time to meet all the required sizes and lengths needed for the production of the discs. We guarantee the best service and the shortest lead time.

ASSEMBLY
Couple clothes and backings and produce your own disc.
Riflex assembly machines are designed for the production of flap discs with different size from diameter 100 mm to 180 mm. They can be easily programmed to produce single or double flap discs, with flat or conical shape.

POLYMERIZATION
The curing oven capacity is capable of baking up to 3 carts containing 144 stacking rods. This means that it is possible to deal with 6000 discs (diameter 115 mm) at the same time.

CHECKING QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE
